Currently Canadian Jasper Trading Co. Ltd. and Jasper International Ltd only ships within Canada and the United States. We ship via TNT, UPS or Canada Post, depending on your business needs. Please ensure that you include your complete mailing address on all orders.
Since this site currently does not support online transactions, please refer to the Order Information on how to order through the site. Once we receive your order via fax, telephone or e-mail, we will provide you with the exact cost of your shipment. Shipping charges will be based on the total weight of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Depending on whether you choose to have your shipment deivered by UPS, TNT or Canada Post. Your shipment will arrive anywhere between 4 to 7 business days. If the applicable timeframe has elapsed and your shipment has not arrived, please notify us at (905) 479-7667 or 1-905-479-7668. We will refund the full amount of any unauthorized charges less that portion of the charges refunded by the card issuer

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a merchandise refund or an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may either return it directly to our warehouse for an immediate credit, refund or exchange, or you may return the merchandise via TNT, UPS or Canada Post to 300 Steelcase Road West, Unit 30, Markham, ON, L3R 2W2, Canada.
Once we receive the items, credit/refund processing takes approximately 7 days. If you have questions about a return for which you have not received your credit or refund and it has been more than 10 business days since you mailed it back to us, please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org .
